Virginia Battistoni
Virginia Battistoni, 93, of Waynesburg, died Sunday, November 5, 2023.
She was born August 21, 1930, in Scottdale, a daughter of the late William “Frank” and Violet M. Clausner Gardner.
Virginia was a graduate of Jefferson-Morgan High School and was a homemaker.
On June 26, 1952, she married Angelo S. “Blackie” Battistoni, who died February 8, 1998.
She enjoyed playing golf and playing bingo.
Surviving are two children, Debra Blouir of Waynesburg and Gregory A. Battistoni of Jefferson; a brother, William (Georgann) Gardner of Mather; and a sister, Karen Burich of Ohio.
Deceased, in addition to her husband, are a son, Gary M. Battistoni; and several siblings.
Private services are entrusted to the Behm Funeral Home, 1477 Jefferson Road, Jefferson, PA 15344, Gregory P. Rohanna, supervisor.
