Justin Matthew Plymire, 42, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, July 5, 2023, in Los Angeles, Calif. He was born March 19, 1981, to Debi (Gary) Plymire.

Justin had three beautiful children, Devin Plymire, Kourtney (TJ) Cherry, Jacey Plymire; and two beautiful grandchildren, Zhavia and Kyrie Cherry.

In April 2015 Justin moved to Bakersfield, Calif., to start a new life. It was there that he made some bad choices, which cost him his life and has left his family devastated and confused on how he had so much positive in his life that he could let the bad decisions continue.

Obituaries are never easy to write, but if we could give one take away from this one, please know in life one little bad decision can make a HUGE impact on not just you but also those that love and care for you.

Also surviving is a sister, Melissa (Brad) Davis; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Robert (BJ) Smith; and materal grandparents, Robert and Margaret Smith.

Funeral arrangments will be private.
