Leo G. Mezerski Jr.
Leo G. Mezerski Jr. formerly of Carnegie and Canonsburg, Pa., died Monday, October 9, 2023, at age 67.
Leo was the son of the late Leo and Anna Mezerski, who preceded him in death.
On October 18, 1986, he married Leanne Paul after courting her using his prized 1984 Buick Riviera Coupe. Leo fostered an inseparable bond with Leanne and their son, Brian, who both carry his legacy.
His fine attention to detail and commitment helped him take pride in his professional ventures and service to the community. He was supported by family (and extended “pseudo-cousins”), lifelong friends and colleagues. He enjoyed interests that brought everyday joys like gardening, sports, entertaining, and his pets. Most of all, he was devoted to radiating kindness to all.
Leo wished to support the student scholarship fund at Central Christian Academy in Houston, PA.
On Friday, October 13, a public Gathering of Loved Ones reception will take place from 4 to 7 p.m. at “DeBlaze at 131” Restaurant in Leo’s hometown of Carnegie, PA.
