Richard E. Kopp, 62, of Waynesburg, died Tuesday, September 26, 2023, in Standish Personal Care Home, Washington.
He was born on January 6, 1961, in Pittsburgh, the son of the late William and Bernice Klemski Kopp, and the last of his family.
A private burial service will be held at a later date.
