Where are the police?

The other day while driving home on Route 40, heading west from Centerville to Scenery Hill, I couldn’t believe my eyes.

After going through Beallsville and topping the hill, the car behind me passed me and the two cars in front of me in a no-passing zone.

Then, while going through Scenery Hill, the car in front of me passed the two vehicles in front of it, again in a no-passing zone. Both of these drivers not only endangered their lives, but the lives of all of us on the road with them.

I only wished that there would have been police around to catch them.
