I read with interest the Friday artice regarding Route 519 and the proposed roundabouts.

Close to 40 years ago while living in the Washington D.C. area, I was learning to drive. My driving practice was on three-and-four lane highways, the Beltway and even in the city. Roundabouts are common there. I noticed in the article that drivers will encounter a yield sign upon entering the roundabout. It seems to me a few drivers need a refresher course on the meaning of “yield.”
