Historical society deserves admiration

I would like to say how much I enjoyed the celebration of the 200th anniversary of the new LeMoyne House Feb. 23.

I would like to praise all the members of the Washington County Historical Society and all involved for the time and effort they put forth in organizing this wonderful event. I greatly admire the Washington County Historical Society for all their hard work and dedication in preserving many historical sites in our community. I pray the historical society will have a strong and healthy future so that the history of our county will be preserved for generations to come.
