Praise for ambulance service

1 min read

On May 15, I was giving a driver’s test and was coming up on Murtland Avenue in Washington, when a cat ran across the road. I put the car in park, and ran out to stop the traffic. The driver of a white SUV refused to stop and ran over the cat.

I ran over and picked up the cat, and behind me were representatives of Washington’s Ambulance and Chair Service. They got a blanket out, and wrapped the cat up and rushed it to a veterinarian.

They are amazing. What an unbelievable act of kindness. Thank God the little guy did not suffer.
