Elected officials should listen, learn

Whether it’s a traffic roundabout on Route 519, privatization of the state lottery or fixing the nation’s budget, our elected officials all think they know what’s better for us than the people who drive on roads, use the lottery and balance budgets in our daily lives. I think it’s time for them all to climb down from their ivory towers, shut up and just listen. They might learn something.
