Animal mistreatment should be severely punished
I read constantly about animal abuse and the horrible killing of animals. It is heartbreaking and I wish these cruel human beings would be fined excessively and made to spend at least one year in jail.
People who mistreat or kill children should get the death penalty. Children and most animals cannot defend themselves. People who mistreat or kill them are cruel cowards with no feelings or remorse.
