Am I the only person who finds the home energy report from West Penn Power a waste of money?

I don’t care how much electricity my neighbors use compared to me. All households are different. I think they could use the money they spend on mailings for better uses, such as hiring more people to do inspections of new homes, instead of people waiting months to get power.
