The contents come with a house
The Observer-Reporter’s Dec. 31 story on criminal charges being dismissed against four home remodelers who found $60,000 in a Charleroi home two years ago contains the following quote from Jack Puskar, an attorney:
“There is no wording in the deed that states (homeowner Donald) Smaracheck was buying both the house and its contents.”
I wonder if Puskar smirked as he stated that.
