Having been the owner of 10 to 12 dogs over a lifetime, I do not understand why people don’t take responsibility for their pets.

Our pets were licensed and on a leash when we took them outside. Yet today there are dogs running through the streets. The owners let them do their business anywhere and never clean it up. This is absolutely irresponsible.

We also have cats running everywhere. Maybe if cat owners had to buy licenses, they wouldn’t be running on other people’s property.
