Avella going backwards
Instead of progressing forward, Avella is going backwards. I can remember when the town had six or seven grocery stores and they all thrived. Now, we just have a convenience store, which is better than nothing at all.
There were five or six salons and their owners made a good living. We have a lot of buildings that are not being taken care of and need to be torn down. Someone has to step up and put life in the town.
