Deer should be culled
I wonder how many people who believe culling deer is cruel eat meat? Do they think it is cruel to kill what you eat? Maybe they think meat grows on trees.
It is not fair to the overcrowded deer population to let them destroy themselves by starvation and disease. But I do not think they should be lured into pens and killed. Deer are wild, and should have a chance to run for their lives.
Every time they say there is a species nearing extinction, they ban hunting them and the next thing you know there are too many of them and we are back to square one.
