Kudos to Sarris Candies

Kudos to Sarris Candies for deciding to use food trucks.

Only time will tell whether this is a good business decision, but it is refreshing to see a well-known business taking a chance on something different, and community officials not digging up some arcane ordinance to make things difficult for Sarris.

Sarris Candies, located in Canonsburg, has always been “ausgezeichtnet” – German for “outstanding” or “excellent” – and a showcase for out-of-town visitors, so it’s nice to know the people running it are not resting on their laurels, but using their noggins to come up with something new.
