Wanted: Beneficial investment
Reviewing the recent Washington County property transfers, I see dozens or more buyers are limited liability companies with out-of-state addresses.
Should there be concern about future occupancy and upkeep of these properties in our neighborhoods? Out-of-town landlords seldom care to whom they rent. What pressure can be applied?
Investment is encouraged when it is beneficial to our communities.
