The complainer-in-chief
Under the rules established by the Republican Party last August, Donald Trump has won 46 percent of available delegates while receiving only 37 percent of Republican primary votes. That includes 100 percent of Florida’s delegates, even though he received far fewer than 100 percent of primary votes.
Has Trump complained about those rules being unfair? Have other Republican candidates been complaining about them? Why then is he inciting division and threatening violence at the Republican National Convention by complaining about his opponents knowing how to use the delegate rules to their advantage?
When Trump files a lawsuit, does he not want the rules followed, even when they seem unfair to those who many not have the financial resources to defend themselves? For the purpose of securing delegates, why does he not employ some of the brilliant people he promises he will use to renegotiate unfair trade deals with China or to force Mexico to build our Southern wall?
An America that wants to be great does not need a president who is constantly complaining about how he is being treated unfairly.
