Fracking critics have legitimate arguments

In his April 13 letter, William L. Miller was wrong to say that people shouldn’t complain about the drilling and fracking activity that has overrun many of our towns.

We have a legitimate argument because our water was fine before drilling and fracking came along. Now our water is 10 times dirtier than the ocean.

It is not about the money. It is about clean water, clean air and the constitutional rights the natural-gas industry has taken away from many of us.
