Calm down and vote
We live in the United States of America. That makes it possible for us to hold free elections.
In the United States, we also have three branches of government. These three branches of our government are there to check one another. So, regardless of whether Hillary Clinton, Donald Trump, Ted Cruz, Bernie Sanders or Mickey Mouse is elected our next president, none of them can turn our country into a dictatorship.
If the electorate would become as involved in our congressional and Senate races as they do in the presidential race, we probably would not be in the mess we are in financially. It is our Congress that needs a good housecleaning.
Our Constitution gives us all the right to free speech, so acting like third-graders, shouting and screaming over a speaker to silence them and calling one another names is not productive and very childish.
We live in a democracy, so go to the polls on Election Day and vote. Remember, the majority rules and the sun will still come out the next day.
