I agree with Virginia Trois’ Sept. 14 letter to the editor about being insulted by Hillary Clinton’s “basket of deplorables” comment.

We are giving away our freedom if we vote for Clinton. I don’t agree with everything Donald Trump says, but I think we have a better chance of keeping our rights if we give him a chance. We know what we will have with Clinton.
