LETTER Ward appointment makes no sense

I do not understand why the supervisors of North Franklin Township would appoint Martha Ward as not only continuing part-time secretary and treasurer, but also township manager after the people of the township voted her out of office.

It makes no sense, and goes directly against the will of voters who live in the township.
