LETTER: Garbage is everywhere
In reference to George Block’s comments about all the garbage along Interstate 79: He’s right, but it is everywhere.
Pennsylvania is now a garbage dump, and people don’t seem to care. I don’t know how the problem can be solved. Don’t count on the government.
