According to dictionary.com, the definition of the “Karen” as seen in social media memes is an “entitled, obnoxious, middle-aged white woman.” Maybe Wendy Bell should have looked this up, and then looked in the mirror, before she wrote her op-ed that appeared in the May 31 edition of the Observer-Reporter accusing others of being “Karens.”
