I-70 litter not a welcoming sight

Do you think the Washington County commissioners have enough clout to get the state Department of Transportation to clean up Interstate 70 from Washington to the West Virginia state line? The amount of litter is appalling. It looks like your driving into the dump. That’s a great impression to out-of-staters, if you ask me.
