LETTER: Truth matters

Washington County GOP chairman David Ball has complained that Sen. Pat Toomey wasn’t sent to Washington, D.C., to “do the right thing” in the most recent impeachment vote, but instead “to represent us.” Mr. Ball effectively shreds the Republican Party’s tenuous credibility to suggest that Trump is anything but guilty.

Mr. Ball is the one who deserves censure. Truth matters. And our kids deserve upstanding role models.
