The real concern about Trump’s lies
“I won the 2020 election!”
“They’re murdering babies after they’ve been born!”
“They’re eating dogs and cats!”
“You need ID when you go to the grocery store!”
In a classic “Seinfeld” episode, George advised Jerry on how to beat a lie detector test with “it’s not a lie if you really believe it.”
It would be bad enough if the accusations of Donald Trump telling lies with these off-the-rails rants were accurate. The real – and I stress real – concern is that a man attempting to again be president of the United States actually believes them.
