Do Americans like living in misery under Biden-Harris?
In order to answer whether Americans like living in misery, look no further than the 2022 election. What was supposed to be a “red wave” turned out to be more like a “red mist” for Republicans.
At that time, the country was experiencing the worst inflation in years from 1.4% in January 2021 while Donald Trump was still president, to 9.1% under President Biden.The country was also experiencing the worst decline in real wages in 40 years, the worst crime since the 1990s, the worst border crisis in history, the worst gasoline prices ever recorded, worst food prices since 1979, the worst increase in shelter prices since 1984, a 30-year fixed mortgage rate around 7.5%, versus 3.5 % under Trump, and the worst labor shortage, which helped fuel inflation, along with massive government spending.
According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the cost of living under the Biden/Harris administration has gone up an average of 33% for food, 18.7% for shelter, 32.8% for energy, and 66% for gasoline. However, in some places, the costs are higher. In January 2021, the electricity rate for West Penn was 5.2 cents/KW. Now it is hovering around 10 cents/KW. That’s a 92% increase.
Look at U.S. Sen. John Fetterman, for example. He was destroyed by Republican Mehmet Oz in the debate. Yet, he won the Senate seat because the Democrats saw him as a rubber stamp for Biden’s policies. His health has improved dramatically and he has moderated his views. He believes that a country should have a secure border, is against Biden’s policy of stopping the export of liquid natural gas from the Gulf of Mexico and has stated that members of Congress who don’t support America’s values should resign.
The Biden/Harris administration believes that climate change is the greatest threat to humanity. It is nuclear war, not climate change. The climate predictors have been wrong time and time again. The climate cult is not about saving the planet. It’s about controlling us.
The Biden/Harris administration policies have been a disaster for the country and are a national security threat. Within Biden’s first 100 days in office, he issued several executive orders rescinding Trump policies that actually made our country safer.
He canceled the XL pipeline on day one. According to the U.S. Department of Energy, that resulted in the loss of 59,000 jobs and a loss of $9.6 billion. He stopped border wall construction, which resulted in a massive influx of illegal immigrants. According to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection office, there were 3.3 million apprehensions of undocumented immigrants during the Trump administration Under the Biden/Harris administration, there were 8.8 million apprehensions from over 150 countries and that number doesn’t include the estimated 1.9 million “gotaways.”
Illegal immigrants are costing taxpayers billions of dollars a year for care and housing. From 2021 to this year, over 50,000 Chinese nationals have entered through the Southern border with most being single, young males. Does anybody wonder why?
Under four years of Trump, there were 11 apprehensions of persons on the terrorist watch list. Under Biden/Harris there have been 375 apprehensions to date. At least 99 have been released into the country. Does anybody wonder what they are planning to do?
In March 2021, Biden put Kamala Harris in charge of the border. She was supposed to determine the “root cause” of illegal migrant crossings predominantly from Mexico, El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras. Under Trump, there were 1.8 million apprehensions from these four countries. Under Biden/Harris , there have been 4.3 million apprehensions. Yet, the Democrats are saying that Harris is doing a stunning job in reducing the flow of illegal immigrants from Central America. She has failed miserably.
Now she is running for president. She and her running mate, Tim Walz, have far-left radical policies, even further to the left of Biden. She does not support law enforcement. In June, 2018, she said Congress needs to reexamine Immigrations and Customs Enforcement and should start from scratch.
In 2020, Harris supported the rioters taking to the streets of Minneapolis as the city burned. She even went as far as asking people to contribute to the Minneapolis Freedom Fund to bail out rioters that were arrested. Sixty-five of those bailed out went on to commit other serious felonies, including two being charged for homicide. Walz did nothing for three days as the city burned, resulting in millions of dollars in damages.
Now these two want you to vote for them.
People might not like Trump because of his attitude and demeanor at times, but he keeps his promises, he loves this country, he puts America first and he is not in the job for the money. People need to vote on policies, not personality and Trump’s policies “trump” Harris’s.
For my friends and relatives who voted for Biden/Harris in 2020, ask yourself whether you enjoy paying more for food, gasoline, electricity, other energy needs, higher interest rates, higher insurance rates, and much more for other necessities? Are you better off now than you were four years ago?
Under a Harris/Walz administration, because of their radical policies, things will get much worse.
