Rouh business. We’;ve made it.
Pan inter for us. Inp; ast, catering 40 pct bus. That went away. Peo not able eat in, clal in and pickup ended up fine. On track, and did little more bus than last year.
Instead cater for 100 peo. waited 100 at front window.
Catering weddings 14-20, didbt do last year. Have more peo walikjng up. Hardest part is getting mopre sustom cers Upiosde. having them
Gettingt them in hard part bu if they like the food and service, they’ll come back.
Summer is always our busy season, esp peo eating outsude. Major i nbcreases pirces in everyth. Food costs 30-40 upsome things and charging same amt.
11-8 every day, all day. Some poe wonder op-en all year but gotta eat.

Lot cheeseb steaks, burgers, wings. BBQ is our cosus and 50 pct of bbusies. Other 50 pct.options if dont’ want BBVQ. We’re more about offering lot of things.

My backgrd finance, RMU banking 15 years., Due to disagreement, left w/out a plan. Friend had idea where pull off side of road get fast food, but not really FF. Struggled while. Introd BBQ and started turn around. Bt. out former partern. Brentwood Express wheh n opened, changed name. Rowdy BBQ evolved.
