Friday’s snow forced the postponement of the entire local high school sports schedule, including a number of key boys basketball section matchups.

The Trinity at Peters Township game in Section 4-AAAA has been moved to 6:30 p.m. today, and Canon-McMillan’s home game against Upper St. Clair will be played 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 3.

Chartiers-Houston’s home Section 4-AA game against Burgettstown will be played at 1:30 p.m. today, and the game between Section 5-AA leader California and third-place Brownsville has been moved to Wednesday night at the Cal gymnasium.

In girls basketball, South Fayette will host Section 5-AAA rival Keystone Oaks at 2 p.m. today.

One non-section girls game was moved to today. Burgettstown will now host West Allegheny at 2:30 p.m.

A number of games have yet to be rescheduled, including South Fayette’s key Section 5-AAA game against Keystone Oaks.
