Crushers roll over Wild Things
Matt Rein pitched one-run ball over eight innings to lead the Lake Erie Crushers to a 9-1 victory over the Wild Things Saturday night at Consol Energy Park.
The loss was the third in four games for Washington.

Lake Erie, which has won three in a row, broke open a close game by scoring five runs in the eighth inning to take the 9-1 lead. The first run scored on Max Casper’s second RBI-single of the game, and Seth Granger followed with a three-run triple into the right-field corner.
