BURGETTSTOWN – Patrick Frey ran his way to 201 yards on 10 carries and scored three touchdowns, and James Duchi added 123 yards and three scores on eight attempts, as McGuffey defeated Burgettstown, 54-7, Friday night in a Century Conference game.

Shaun Sanders added a 26-yard interception return, while D.J. White also had a rushing touchdown for the Highlanders (2-4, 3-4), who kept their playoff hopes alive with the win.

Jacob McKee had a 1-yard touchdown run for Burgettstown (0-6, 0-7).
