South Fayette lights up Burgettstown, 74-7

McDONALD – Brett Brumbaugh tossed four touchdowns in the first quarter and Grant Fetchet ran for 101 yards and a touchdown Friday night as South Fayette cruised to a 74-7 victory over visiting Burgettstown in a Century Conference game.

Roman Denson returned the opening kickoff 87 yards and South Fayette scored 49 points in the first quarter.

Brumbaugh completed 7 of 9 passes for 127 yards, including touchdown passes of 1 and 55 yards to Justin Watson, an 11-yarder to Hayden Orler and a 16-yard toss to Conner Beck. Justin Watson caught three passes for 85 yards.

Fetchet scored on a 6-yard run.

Mike Speca accounted for two touchdowns in the second half, a 76-yard run and a 14-yard pass to Dan Lombardi.

Jack Relihan added a 96-yard interception return.
