Canon-Mac’s Scenna to Cal
Francesca Scenna, a four-year starter and two-time captain on Canon-McMillan High School’s girls soccer team has accepted a scholarship offer from California University.
Scenna, a defender, had six goals in her career and was part of a Big Macs defense that tied the school record for least number of goals allowed three times in the past four seasons.
Scenna was a two-time all-section selection and two-time all-WPIAL pick. She also was considering West Virginia, West Liberty, Wheeling Jesuit and Slippery Rock.
