Big second half boosts FC over Union

Three different players threw touchdown passes for Fort Cherry and the Rangers scored 21 unanswered points in the second half Friday night to beat Union, 42-18, in a non-conference game.

Devon Brown, Alex Babirad and Anthony Panizza had TD passes for the Rangers (3-4), throwing to Brelan Skinner, Nick Rogers and Nick Cook, respectively.

Garrett Whalen added 80 yards rushing and two scores on the ground for Fort Cherry, which led 21-18 at the half, with the final score being a 20-yard interception return by Scott Miller for a score.

Anthony Rush completed 7 of 17 passes for 196 yards and three touchdowns for Union (1-6), but also threw two interceptions, the second of which was by Cook.
