Rebellion open season May 31 vs. Akron
The Pennsylvania Rebellion open the 2016 National Pro Fastpitch softball schedule May 31 with a home game against the Akron Racers.
The league added two games to the regular season so each team will play 50. The top four finishing teams will advance to the Championship Series August 19-23 in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
The fulls chedule for the Rebellion will be released later.
The league’s newest team – the Houston Scrap Yard Dawgs – will open June 2 at the 2015 Cowles Cup Champions, Chicago Bandits. The Dallas Charge will open June 3 at the Rebellion and the USSSA Pride starts June 10 at Houston.
