Allen’s TD enough for Carmichaels

CALIFORNIA – A 17-yard touchdown run with 1:47 left in the first quarter by Coty Allen was all Carmichaels needed to secure an 8-0 victory over California Friday night in Class A Tri-County South Conference game.

Allen rushed for 89 yards on 26 carries to lead the way for the Mikes (2-3, 2-2).

California (1-4, 1-3) junior quarterback Tyler Troutman completed six of 14 for 100 yards.
