Big second quarter leads Char-Houston past OLSH

TJ Johnson completed 10 of 14 passes for 103 yards and a pair of touchdowns and Chartiers-Houston scored 23 points in the second quarter as the Bucs rolled to a 40-14 Black Hills Conference win over Our Lady of Sacred Heart.

Spencer Terling scored a pair of touchdowns on the ground and Mike Cushma kicked a pair of field goals for the Bucs (2-3, 3-3), who kept themselves alive in the conference playoff race with the victory.

A.J. Meyers added a 66-yard interception return for a score in the 23-point second quarter that erased a 7-0 OLSH (0-5, 0-6) lead.

Matt Schnarre scored on a 2-yard run and Jared Flattery threw a 10-yard TD pass to Kalil Reeves in the fourth quarter for OLSH.
