McMURRAY – Levi Metheny rushed for three scores and threw for one as Bethel Park defeated Peters Township, 35-12, in a Southeast Conference game Friday night.

John Doleno carried the ball 44 times for 170 yards for the Black Hawks (4-2, 5-3), who led 28-6 at the half.

The efforts of Metheny and Doleno helped Bethel Park offset a big passing game from the Indians’ Jake Cortes, who completed 25 of 45 passes for one touchdown and two interceptions.

Cortes also scored on a 5-yard run for the Indians (2-5, 2-6), while Alex Mundy had 10 catches for 112 yards and a score.
