Frazier blanks Mapletown

PERRYOPOLIS – Chris Pierce passed for 203 yards and accounted for two touchdowns to lead Frazier to a 42-0 win over Mapletown in a Tri-County South Conference game.

Pierce went over from one yard and hit Sam Clovis with a 40-yard scoring pass for the Commodores (4-0, 4-0), who have allowed only three points in four games. Lovis also scored on a 12-yard run and Cameron Roebuck went over from two yards. Joshua Cox picked up a fumble by a teammate and raced 22 yards for a score.

Matt Rush carried nine times for 51 yards and Dylan Rush completed 2 of 5 passes for 20 yards for the Maples (1-3, 1-3).
