Rebellion fall to Bandits

ROSEMONT, Ill. – Taylor Edwards drove in four runs with a pair of doubles as the Chicago Bandits topped the Pennsylvania Rebellion, 9-3, in an NPF game Tuesday night.

Chicago (17-20) pounded out 12 hits against four Rebellion pitchers, with five different players collecting two apiece.

Sara Moulton allowed three runs, all earned in 4 1/3 innings to get the win.

Olivia Watkins had two hits for the Rebellion (13-24), while Whitney Arion doubled.

The Rebellion are four games behind the Bandits for the fourth, and final, playoff spot in the NPF.
