High school baseball: Peters Township’s Sehnert has 4-homer day

Tor Sehnert hit four home runs in helping Peters Township split two games at the Cal Ripken Experience in Myrtle Beach, S.C., Friday.

Sehnert went 2-for-4 with two home runs, three RBI and three runs in a 10-9 loss to Williamsport. Conor Manning doubled for PT (1-2).

Elliott Walker doubled and Justin Geary drove in the game-winning run with a bases-loaded single in the bottom of the seventh for Williamsport.

Sehnert, a junior who committed to Coastal Carolina, went 2-for-2 with two home runs and four RBI in an 8-7 win over North Hills. He finished the two games going 4-for-6 with four home runs, five runs and two walks. Boomer Kemp tripled for the Indians.

Damien Yenti hit two solo home runs and Brian Farabaugh hit one solo home run for North Hills.
