Riverview runs past Avella

AVELLA – Nasan Tibbens scored three times to help Riverview to a 42-6 win over Avella in a non-conference high school football game Friday.

Tibbens scored on runs of 64, 27 and 8 yards for Raiders (3-4). Brandon Davis, Ben Blacksmith and Devlin Costello each scored a TD.

Dalton Simonelli scored for Avella (1-6) on a 9-yard run. He completed 15 of 38 passes for 109 yards and rushed for 57 more. Garrett Geresti caught seven passes for 57 yards.
