Jonathan Kletzli had a pair of run-scoring hits during Waynesburg’s nine-run fifth inning as the Yellow Jackets rallied to beat Saint Vincent 11-8 Sunday and complete a sweep of Presidents’ Athletic Conference doubleheader.

Waynesburg won the opener 6-2 behind a complete game by winning pitcher Luke Carter.

In the second game, Saint Vincent (7-10, 13-18) led 4-2 entering the fifth but Kletzli got Waynesburg’s big inning going with a run-scoring single and capped it with a two-run single. The Yellow Jackets (9-8, 15-17), who have won four in a row, scored two of the runs in the fifth on bases-loaded hit batsmen. Tyler Godwin hit a solo homer for Waynesburg.

Tyler Reis’ single in the fifth inning of the opener gave Waynesburg the lead for good at 2-1. The Yellow Jackets scored three more runs in the sixth.

• Nicholas Riggle pitched a six-hitter as California University defeated host Slippery Rock 8-3 an earn a split of PSAC West Division doubleheader.

Levi Krause, David Marcus and Chris Wastchak each drove in two runs for Cal (10-10, 18-20).

Slippery Rock won the opening game 12-1. The lone Vulcans run came on a home run by Krause.
