Jared Hartman passed for 132 yards and two first-quarter touchdowns as undefeated Belle Vernon rolled to a 34-7 victory over visiting Greensburg Salem in the Big Nine Conference Friday night.

Belle Vernon (4-0, 4-0) fell behind 7-0 but ended the first quarter with a 14-7 lead after Hartman threw TD passes to Anthony Bertram and Logan Pfronger. Dylan Haney’s 12-yard run in the second quarter gave the Leopards a 21-7 lead at halftime.

Belle Vernon’s defense has not allowed an opponent to score more than two touchdowns and has held three of its four foes to one touchdown or less.
