Greensburg CC handles Mapletown
GREENSBURG — Max Pisula passed for 184 yards and two touchdowns, ran for another score and Greensburg Central Catholic defeated visiting Mapletown 43-6 in a nonconference game.
GCC (5-2) led 35-0 at halftime and kept Mapletown (0-7) winless. The Maples scored in the fourth quarter on a 73-yard pass from lance Stevenson to Brandon Donley.
Pisula completed five of six passes, including a 37-yard TD to Ben Lacarte less than three minutes into the game. The duo hooked up for a 43-yard TD that made it 21-0 late in the first quarter.
Luke Masowiecki returned punts 44 and 75 yards for GCC touchdowns.
