Another shutout win for unbeaten Burgettstown

BURGETTSTOWN – Cyle Conley scored on two short touchdown runs to highlight Burgettstown’s 41-0 victory over visiting Summit Academy in a nonconference game.

Shane Kemper rushed for 101 yards on 14 carries and opened the scoring with a four-yard run for the Blue Devils (3-0). Cole Shergi scored on a 14-yard run and Dylan Poirier caught a 15-yard pass from Jake Lounder for another score. D.J. Slovick recovered a fumble in the end zone for the final score of the game.

Summit Academy (0-3) has not scored this season.

Burgettstown has outscored its opponents 102-6 this year.
