JEFFERSON — Waynesburg’s Darnell Johnson completed 6 of 8 passes for 120 yards and 2 touchdowns during a 38-0 win over Jefferson-Morgan in a Week Zero game Friday.

The Raiders defense had seven sacks and Colten Slifko had two of them and a tackle for loss.

Trevor Stephenson and Caleb Shriver also produced two TDs apiece. Shriver scored on runs of 33 and 12. Stephenson scored on a 3-yard run and caught a 26-yard pass.

The game was played in the afternoon because of a lighting problem at the J-M field.
