Wild Things roll past Joliet

Mikael Mogues and Cameron Baranek each cracked a three-run home run as the Washington Wild Things routed the Joliet Slammers, 12-0, in a Frontier League game Friday night.

J.J. Fernandez and Cody Erickson combined to score six runs and Baranek finished with four RBI. Hector Roa had two hits and scored twice.

Jake Havird pitched nine strong innings for Washington, striking out eight and allowing six hits.
