Carmichaels rolls to 63-22 win

CARMICHAELS — Trenton Carter ran for three touchdowns, passed for another and Carmichaels rolled to 63-22 victory over Avella in a Class A Tri-County South Conference game Friday night.

Carter opened the scoring with a TD pass to Michael Stewart and later had scoring runs of 30, 77 and 71 yards.

Cody McCoy had touchdown jaunts of 50 and 21 yards for Carmichaels (5-12, 7-2).

Noah Markle rushed for a pair of touchdown for Avella (1-5, 1-8).

The Mikes rushed for 467 yards and had 525 total yards.
